Diamante Montessori School at Glen Ellyn is looking for a part-time or full-time Toddler Intern or Lead Toddler Teacher for the 2023-2024 academic year starting now to mid-June. The position is for a morning half day 2-3yrs toddler program (8:30-11:30) 5 days a week. Full-time is a possibility and may include working in the office as an administrative assistant and subbing in our preprimary and Kindergarten enrichment classrooms when needed. (12-3 pm M-Th)

The Montessori School of Greater Hartford (MSGH) is actively searching for a Head of School who will lead our educational community. MSGH, founded in 1964, is committed to offering an authentic Montessori experience to approximately 210 students aged fifteen months to fifteen years. We have consistently received recognition from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) since 1974 and are accredited by the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS).

The primary responsibilities of the Head of School (HOS) include embodying and communicating the school’s vision and mission, managing its financial and operational well-being, providing academic leadership, overseeing marketing and admissions, fostering community, and recruiting and mentoring faculty and staff. The HOS also acts as the school’s spokesperson and liaises with the Board of Trustees.

Qualified applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree, educational leadership/management experience, Montessori credentials or experience, exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a start date on or before July 1, 2024. Preferred qualifications include an AMI diploma, a master’s degree, Montessori educational leadership experience, prior teaching or school administrative roles, fundraising expertise, and business training.

We are seeking a Head of School to start in June 2024. QCMS is set in Davenport, Iowa, which is a part of the Quad Cities and borders the Mississippi River. Set in the heartland, the Quad Cities offers many cultural and recreational amenities and is known as an excellent place to raise a family. The school serves children from 2 – 12, with an enrollment of 120 students.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Montessori with a deep commitment to children and families. Candidates should have a BA or higher, as well as Montessori teacher certification, preferably in preprimary. Experience in private school administration is also preferred. Skills should include management, communication and problem-solving.
